If you are paying for vertical transportation maintenance on a monthly or quarterly basis, subject to the terms and conditions of your existing contract, your equipment should be receiving maintenance on a monthly basis. If you only see your elevator technician when you have called your service maintenance provider due to intermittent vertical transportation problems or complaints you are not getting what you are paying for.
